VergeHRMS contains a very detailed and extensive reporting module to provide ideal output for each input in the system.
Reports in VergeHRMS can be exported in multiple different formats, which includes: PDF, HTML, MS EXCEL, etc. Exported reports can be used in multiple different ways, for example, an HTML report can directly be integrated in the organization's website. A PDF file can be emailed to a stake holder. An excel sheet can be shared with other departments, or it can also be used as a bridge to export data into another software. Each report in VergeHRMS can also be emailed directly to a recipient's email address. This feature not only allows for sharing useful piece of information with relevant stake-holders but also gives an ability to save a certain reports in one's email for future use.
